Last updated: June 2026

We treat your personal data with the exact same respect we treat our coffee. This Privacy Policy explains how Brewz collects, processes, and protects your information when you visit brewz.ch and interact with our forms.

1. Data Controller

The legally responsible entity for data processing on this website is:

  • Brewz Sàrl, Chemin Riant-Bosquet 23B, 1216 Cointrin, Suisse

  • Email: legal@brewz.ch

2. Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

A. Contact & Sample Request Forms

When you fill out our form to request a Free Café Tasting Kit or Sample Pack, we collect:

  • Your Name / Contact Person

  • Café, Venue, or Company Name

  • Business Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Delivery Address

Purpose: We process this data strictly to verify your professional status, fulfill your sample requests, send you our B2B wholesale pricing sheets, and communicate with you regarding a potential partnership.

B. Server Log Files & Technical Data

Our website is built using Framer's infrastructure, which utilizes a globally distributed Content Delivery Network (CDN). When you access our site, technical data is automatically processed by the closest network node, including servers located within the European Union (EU), to optimize loading performance and security. This data includes your anonymized IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and the precise timestamp of the request.

Purpose: This processing is technically required to serve a stable, secure, and fast web experience for visitors across Switzerland.

3. Data Retention Period

We only store your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above (e.g., as long as we are in active business communication with your café), or as long as we are legally required to retain it under Swiss commercial and tax laws.

4. Data Sharing and Transfers Abroad

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. To deliver our digital presence and process inquiries, we securely share required data with trusted technical infrastructure providers:

  • Hosting: Framer Inc. (USA) – Operates our global Content Delivery Network (CDN). For visitors from Switzerland, web traffic and asset delivery are primarily cached and routed through edge infrastructure located within the European Union (EU).

  • Email/CRM: Google Workspace / Monday.com

Note on Transborder Data Flows: While our website assets are distributed via EU-based CDN nodes, certain backend administration services may process data in countries outside Switzerland. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are maintained, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, to ensure your data remains completely secure.

5. Cookies and Web Analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies to keep the site functioning properly.

  • We use Google Analytics and Framer Analytics to understand general user traffic patterns in an anonymized layout. No personally identifiable data is stored during this process.

6. Your Rights Under Swiss Law

Under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (nFADP), you hold absolute control over your digital footprint. You have the right to:

  1. Request a copy of the personal data we store about you free of charge.

  2. Request that we correct any inaccurate data.

  3. Request that we permanently delete your data from our systems (provided it does not conflict with legal statutory retention obligations).

To exercise any of these rights, simply send a direct message to our team at legal@brewz.ch.
